Let’s Keep It Simple

Stuff happens. If your order shows up and something’s off — wrong size, print issue, or the shirt just ain’t vibing — hit us up.
You’ve got 14 days from delivery to let us know what’s up.

Here’s the Deal

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and untouched by your pet ferret 🐾

• Keep it in the original condition and packaging

• You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@twistedhappy.com or use the contact form on our site.
Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and the right address to ship it back.

⚠️ Returns sent without checking in first = no bueno. We can’t process those.

If We Messed Up

If you got the wrong item, a misprint, or it arrived looking like it survived a crash —
send us a few pics within 7 days and we’ll fix it. Fast.

Non-Returnable Stuff

Each item is made-to-order, so we can’t take back:

• Wrong size orders (check that size chart first 🙃)

• Sale items

• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we get your return and it passes inspection, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Give it 5–10 business days to show up depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
Just order the new one and send the old one back — easiest way to roll.
